The time required varies depending on the vehicle’s size, condition and service selected. As a general guide, Essential Valets take around 2–3 hours, Signature Details 3–5 hours, Ultimate Details 5–7 hours, Paint Enhancements 2–3 hours, Stage 1 Paint Corrections 3–4 hours, Full Works 6–8 hours, and Stage 2 Paint Corrections 5–7 hours. Larger or heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time, and we never rush the process to ensure the best possible results.

We only use professional-grade products from trusted detailing brands, including Gyeon, Koch-Chemie, CarPro and Duel Auto Care. Every product is carefully selected for its performance, safety and finish — we never use cheap, off-brand shortcuts.

Just remove personal belongings and valuables. That's it. We handle everything else — including a pre-detail inspection where we document your vehicle's condition and discuss any specific concerns you have.

Light scratches and swirls can often be significantly reduced or removed through machine polishing. This is included in our Paint Enhancement, Stage 1, Full Works and Stage 2 services. Deeper scratches may require further treatment and cannot always be safely removed.

We just require access to water and electricity, along with a safe, suitable space to work. We’ll bring everything else needed to complete your detail.
